BIRDS' SONGS IN ONTARIO

Client: Ontario Nature

TORONTO, May 22, 2024 – During a six-week placement with Ontario Nature's communication team, MISSION BAY Digital Agency developed a digital content package to support ongoing conservation campaigns. This included a blog highlighting the sonic properties of our environment, focusing on the benefits of natural soundscapes, the impact of noise pollution, and humanity's responsibility in preserving the planet’s auditory environment.

"Have you noticed how birds’ songs or the sound of a gentle stream can instantly calm your mind? Our surroundings are constantly disturbed by an infinite number of vibrations, creating a symphony that affects us in ways that we might not even realize."

"The Symphony of Nature: Understanding Vibrations and Their Impact", Ontario Nature

From capturing the visuals to crafting the final narrative, we led this investigation entirely. It was particularly inspiring to explore the contrasts between natural and artificial sounds.

"The planet is constantly talking to us, and it’s crucial to be listening if we hope to manage our life in harmony with it."
